We are delighted to announce ICCA will be a vocal and visible presence at the upcoming IMEX America 2022 in Las Vegas. This is a fantastic opportunity for us all to share the ICCA vision, knowledge, and best practices around our core pillars of inclusion, diversity, legacy and sustainability.

Make a note in your diary for the following key ICCA events (Pacific Time Zone- UTC -8)

  • Monday 10 October (pre-conference) from 14:30-15:30 – Smart Monday: Impact in Practice – a joint session by ICCA and Best Cities Global Alliance sharing insight into why clear legacy and sustainability pledges were so instrumental in the winning of bids for major international events Copenhagen, Singapore, and Madrid.

Creating true impact requires close collaboration across all stakeholders. In this session you will hear from three of the BestCities partner destinations about how they are working collaboratively with local stakeholders and association clients to create positive impact. Learn about the tools they are using to encourage associations to think positive and sustainable impact, and what the destinations are doing in support. The session will also highlight how organizations such as ICCA can help to support positive change and recognize and reward those already on the way to creating change both locally and globally.
