About ICCA Business workshops – A relaxed and informal platform to do business.
ICCA Business workshops are a quick and effective way to get a well-informed overview of what offers are available on the market from ICCA members and to exchange knowledge and best practices between associations and meeting suppliers.
ICCA Business workshop offer an informal and small platform for associations and meeting suppliers to interact, and thus attendance is capped at 30 persons (15 ICCA members and accompanying association executives).
During the workshop, a series of one-to-one business meetings will take place where all associations executives will have the chance to meet sale representatives to discuss their specific meeting requirements.
The workshop also includes the Association Forum – a closed session for association executives to discuss topics proposed by themselves, to share best practices, exchange knowledge and experiences.

Who should attend?
ICCA Members from the ICCA Destination Marketing Sector who are in good standing
Senior decision-makers of association meetings who are actively looking for suppliers (destinations, venues, Professional Congress Organiser), representing associations with meetings which:
must be a European conference which rotates between at least 3 European countries
attract a maximum of 800 delegates
take place at least once every 4 years
last at least 3 days
Registration is to be completed by both the ICCA member and the appointed senior association executive. Association executives are fully hosted by their accompanying ICCA member.
Only registrations including eligible association representatives will be accepted straight away. Registrations including representatives from a core PCO or AMC will be held on a waiting list until the registration deadline, and will only be offered a place if there are still places available.
Association representatives who have attended a workshop in the past two years will be excluded. View exclusion list.
The business workshop will take place at the Region Stavanger Convention Bureau, Stavanger, Norway. Attendees will be housed at Hotel Victoria Stavanger.

This event is open to ICCA Members and ICCA verified Associations.
Please note, a completed profile form is required during the application process. Please download and complete your profile form before commencing your application.
Places on this Workshop are on a first-come-first-served basis and only two bureaus from the same country can participate and only one from the same city.
Registration fee: €1,300 (incl. VAT) for both client and supplier, including:
