Regulator reveals hotels caught blocking Wi-Fi hot spots will face enforcement action and heavy fines .
The US regulator, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), has declared that people or business causing intentional interference to Wi-Fi hot spots will now be subject to enforcement action.
