At this year's IMEX Frankfurt, ICCA CEO Martin Sirk noted that up until recently, the meetings and events industry has focused on measuring the impact of face-to-face gatherings and tourism. "What we haven't done much of is talk to the associations themselves as to whether they would find it valuable."
