Among the recommendations in a new insights paper from brand experience agency FreemanXP is to hire a content DJ (headphones optional) to field questions and comments and monitor engagement during keynotes and panel presentations.
This is part and parcel of making use of so-called “second-screen” technology—essentially formalizing attendees’ natural tendency to use their smartphones during meeting sessions.
