The 'Top 40 Women in MICE' is a South-African initiative jointly spearheaded by "Meetings Magazine" and "The Planner", launched in 2014.

The initiative honours women who have made a difference in the meetings, incentive, conference and exhibition industry. It is only open to Women in South Africa and nominees are chosen by industry figures. The award is lilnked to Women's day which takes place on 9th August in the region.
