It’s safe to say that human trafficking is the hot topic in the travel and tourism industry. Many meeting planning and business travel organizations are providing educational sessions on this issue, and I’m often asked to provide the content for these presentations. The biggest takeaway from my work with the industry: Most people still don’t get why I’m there and why hotels need training.
