ICCA Researcher of the Month – January 2020

The red update button is your friend! The more you use it, the more concrete information you get. ICCA members - together with the ICCA team - are working hard to achieve a mutually beneficial situation of sharing information on the ICCA Association Database.

Keep finding ways to press it and you'll be in the running to become the next Researcher of the Month - or even Researcher of the Year!

For January 2020, Zsuzsa Varga, Business Support Manager at Glasgow Convention Bureau, has secured the coveted title! Here's what Zsuzsa had to say:

Why do you consider it so important to contribute your meeting information to ICCA Data?

Being part of the ICCA Family, we can all do our part in ensuring the data on our association conferences is accurate and up to date. We can all contribute to the success of the ICCA database; making small changes ourselves leads to big successes for all.

What would you like to say to other ICCA members who haven’t actively used the ICCA Database?

For any destination, or ICCA Member interested in hosting, or working with world-class international associations, the ICCA Database is the go-to tool for accurate and detailed information on both the meeting and the association itself.

Do you have any tips for your fellow ICCA members?

For anyone unsure of how to make the most of the ICCA database, just give it a go. It’s easy to use and is a great tool for any conference researcher.
