Why we need to flip our classrooms

From birth to our first formal education experience in pre-school or kindergarten, we learn mostly through observation, exploration, and experience. We watch our parents and siblings and learn how (or how not) to do something. We explore, using our innate curiosity. Sometimes we wander too far and get lost. We touch the hot stove and learn to never do that again.
