Leaders always seem to know what is next. That’s part of what I love about meeting planning. Somehow, somewhere the meeting planner in me always knows what’s going on next. I now call that “something” my intuition.
Meeting planners by and large tend to be “type A,” take-charge kind of people, who have really great intuition. Meetings of the future depend on both the skill of the type As and the intuition of co-creating solutions.
