I read a lot of business books, highlight the heck out of them, and then dictate into iPad Notes to capture the author’s message, along with specific action-based tips.
This month's IdeaExchange shares notes from Made to Stick, by Chip Heath and Dan Heath, which I highly recommend reading. We are all in the business of influencing others by sharing our ideas and can further hone our skills in this area.
