“We’re not in the business of putting customers on diets, but healthy food must always be an option. ‘Good for you’ is mainstream,” said David Riederman, worldwide sales director for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, during a wide-ranging trends discussion at the Financial & Insurance Conference Planners Winter Symposium January 24–26 in Boston.
Riederman covered F&B ideas as part of panel presentation on meeting trends.
