ICCA 61^st General Assembly in Krakow, Poland

When: Sunday 6 November / 14:45 - 16:15 CET

In addition to our publication on the MY ICCA section of our website on Friday 21 October 2022, and as set in the Articles of Associations, each year the members are requested to vote on the following items:

• Minutes of 60th General Assembly of ICCA (Oct. 2021)

• Minutes of Extra Ordinary General Assembly of ICCA (Feb. 2022)

• Annual Report 2021

• Entrance Fee 2023

• Membership Fee 2023

• Budget 2023

The 61st ICCA General Assembly online voting on all motions for members to vote on is NOW LIVE and will close midway through the General Assembly on Sunday 6 November 2022 in Krakow, Poland (exact closing time to be announced by the President of the ICCA Board, during the General Assembly).

Who can vote and when to vote:

• Only you as the official ICCA Contact Person for the member organisation hold voting rights.

• No other person inside or outside your organisation can vote on your behalf.

• You can choose to wait to hear the presentations on each item, as well as the answers to each by email received question(s) before casting your electronic vote. The earlier received questions will be presented during the ICCA General Assembly which will be held on Sunday 6 November 2022. You would need to use your phone, iPad, tablet or laptop to access your emails to use the link to vote.

• If you already know your choice please vote now, using the link provided below.

• If you are not attending the General Assembly, you can still vote, please use the link below to cast your vote for each of the items.

The link to cast your vote to each of the above-mentioned items has been send to all ICCA members in good standing on Friday 21 October 2022 and reminders (including a voting link) will be send weekly until one day before the start of the General Assembly.

The ICCA Board of Directors encourages you to vote in favour of all the motions, which are proposed in their name.
