What was your motivation to join ICCA? 

ICCA is the best reference in the meetings industry and it was time for us to join this community and give our contribute.

 

Tell us your story. How did Springevents – Events and Hostesses get started?
We started 20 years ago, aiming to become the best Hostesses’ Suppliers for PCO’s, DMC’s and Associations. 

 

What sets Springevents – Events and Hostesses apart? 

Our clients are demanding and we love that! In every challenge, for every problem, we see a solution. All details matter and we always become integrated part of the team during the events, which enables great satisfaction on Events’ Participants. 
The other factor that sets us apart, is the coordinator. At Springevents, the coordinator is someone from the office, the same manager that booked the staff and also managed the client. This unique,  natural point of contact allows an essential flow from the first contact till the end of the event.

 

What is your favourite success story from your organisation?
I would say we had two amazing challenges worth reference. The first one was an Association organizing their annual congress and  wishing to arrange an interview to decide among three agencies. The meeting took place on a holiday and lasted one and a half hours. They’ve asked all the right questions (the questions that only experts ask). It was a challenging negotiation that ended up with the client hiring us and  writing a recommendation.
The second one, was in April 2022. After Covid, our client was worried about the capability  of response for hiring 100 English Speaking hostesses for 5 days. We ended up doing the event support and the outcome was so great , we now have a successful Case Study to share, with potencial PCO’s, DMC’s and Associations.

 

What can we expect to see from Springevents – Events and Hostesses in the future?
 You can expect to see us in the main European Venues, with up to 100 English Speaking hostess teams and coordinators, supporting PCO’s, DMC’s and Associations.
