Congress was packed full of content. It was impossible for delegates to be everywhere at once. With this in mind, and as a way of reaching members who could not make it to Kraków, ICCA is publishing three articles based on how our pillars were used to shape content at the recent 61st ICCA Congress. 

A fairer future for all is the title of this article, which is a reminder of what is being done to help us re-energise and re-focus our commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a key ICCA pillar.
