Traditionally, the deadline for members to submit information for inclusion in the next Statistics report has been 1st February. This will not change in 2020. Information received after this date will be processed after the new statistics have been displayed in the Destination Comparison Tool. What will change is that we must hear from you sooner in case you have questions on why certain meetings were rejected or wish to make an appeal. Appeals regarding meetings which have been refused need to be received by Friday 3 April 2020 and can only be done if all necessary proofs were received before the 1 February!
This means the process will become more condensed but will give the ICCA Research team the opportunity to study ‘the difficult cases’ in an orderly fashion. We thank you in advance for your understanding, more detailed instructions will follow in the official email, which you will receive in early December. Until that time, please check and update your meetings in the online database and send your information as early as you possibly can – the sooner, in this case, is most certainly the better!
