ICCA Board of Directors Elections

As communicated earlier, ICCA BoD Elections will be held for the following regions and sectors:

Sectors:
Destination Marketing (1 vacancy)
Meetings Management (2 vacancies)

Region:
Asia Pacific

Earlier we announced that there would also be elections for the Venues Sector, however Anja Stas decided not to run as Board Representative for the Venues Sector, which means that there won’t be any elections for this sector.

The call for elections will be send out to the sectors and region which will be holding elections, no later than Thursday 24 September 2020. During that time all members will be able to vote for their region/sector via electronic ballot. Voting by proxy is prohibited. Every member is entitled to one vote in General Assembly voting, irrespective of whether they physically attend or not. The online voting will remain open for at least the first 15 minutes of the General Assembly, and votes may be cast by non-attending members as well as those physically present at the ICCA HO Amsterdam. The exact timing of the closure of the vote will be announced at the start of the General Assembly. Votes cast after the deadline will not count.

Members who wish to attend the GA physically at the ICCA HO Amsterdam are required to let ICCA know of their attendance two weeks in advance. Please send a mail to governance@iccaworld.org before Monday 5 October 2020 in order to confirm your physical attendance.
