The ICCA Global Association Meetings Protocol (Advanced version of Protocol released in 2020) is a major legacy outcome of the 60th ICCA Congress which brought the entire global ICCA community together to explore new ideas, formats and technologies.
 
Together we created the Global Association Meetings Protocol, a crowdsourced framework identifying major trends and key strategies to keep the international meetings industry moving forward.
 
This document will serve as our road map providing strategies and take-aways for all sectors to consider and implement in their own management processes, shedding light on opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
